Why is a field masked?
Personal-identifying fields are masked by default. If your role can reveal them, a "Reveal" control appears next to the field — every reveal is logged.
Why can't I approve my own submission?
Segregation of duties is enforced system-wide — a reviewer can never approve or reject a record they submitted themselves, regardless of role.
Where did my record go after I submitted it?
It moves into the Review Queue for an Analyst/Reviewer. You can track its status any time from Records or the record's own page.
Why was I signed out?
Idle sessions sign out automatically for security. You'll get a warning with time to stay signed in first.
